Once upon a time, a long, long, time ago . . . two girls met. In no time, they became the best of friends. They shared the same birthday, a love of travel, dancing, laughter and tears, hopes and dreams, loves and losses. And, throughout those many years, they also shared a LOT of bottles of wine (and maybe a martini or two).
Cathy Homes and Margaret Muñoz worked for many years in various occupations, but always dreamed of doing something they enjoyed while also earning money, independence and pride in their creations.

Flash forward to the year 2007. Cathy and Margaret developed what they believed was a unique, innovative, fun and fancy product to use while doing what they enjoyed quite a bit: Drinking wine. So CinCin™ was born. Pronounced “Chin Chin,” an Italian sentiment meaning “to your health.” This unique wine and cocktail accessory is a magnetic cocktail glass marker (aka magnetic wine glass charm), designed with stemless glasses in mind, but look fabulous on any type of glassware, or any drink – from Appletini to Zinfandel.
CinCins are handmade in the United States with only the finest materials including sterling silver, rare earth magnets, rhodium plated components, and "Made with CHRYSTALLIZED™ - Swarovski Elements".
CinCin debuted at the San Diego Bay Food and Wine Festival in 2007, and was enthusiastically received. A formal launch happend in January, 2008 at the San Francisco International Gift Fair to rave reviews.
Margaret and Cathy, while pursuing their desire for independence, continue to manage their individual careers while chasing their dream. Cathy is a hairdresser at ACME Salon in San Diego, and Margaret is a proud mother of two, and has been a paralegal for many years working out of her home.
